Hands-on with Tony Odisho Brand
Tony Odisho Hair Extensions Education
At Exsalonce, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work hands-on with the Tony Odisho brand every day. As new techniques and products launch, you’ll be right there-learning, applying, and growing.
Tony Odisho offers education in all things hair extensions, including Beaded Weft, Fusion, Tape, and V-Light methods. With direct access to expert training and ongoing support, you’ll elevate your craft and boost your earning potential.

Stylist Levels & Benchmarks
At Exsalonce, your career has a clear structure. Every stylist operates on a six-level system — from New Artist to Master — with defined benchmarks at each level that determine your commission rate and pricing tier. No guesses, no politics, no waiting around. You meet the goals, you level up.
Levels are based on a 4-day work week, 20 working days per month. Advancement requires hitting all benchmarks for two consecutive months, tracked automatically through Meevo. Every level also requires 8 Google Reviews per month and 1 Instagram Story per day.

New Artist Program
At Exsalonce, we don’t just hire stylists — we build them. The New Artist Program is an intensive, hands-on training experience led personally by Tony Odisho, designed to take a licensed cosmetologist and develop them into a fully client-ready Exsalonce artist.

01 — Foundation (Weeks 1–8) Learn the Exsalonce culture, service standards, and guest experience. Begin assisting on the floor and performing shampoo and station rituals.
02 — Development (Weeks 9–16)
Begin performing services — haircuts, blowouts, and introductory color — under supervision. Build technical confidence and client communication skills.
03 — Growth (Weeks 17–24)
Perform a full range of services independently. By the end of this phase, you’ve reached the 200-service milestone and are ready to graduate as a Freshman stylist.
