Tony Odisho: A Legacy from Rome to Chicago
Tony Odisho’s journey began in Rome, where he trained at the renowned Marelena Academy and developed a foundation rooted in precision, artistry, and European beauty standards.
Driven to bring that level of craftsmanship to the U.S., he built his reputation working with L’Oréal Professionnel as an educator and color expert, quickly earning recognition within the industry.
Exsalonce, A Chicago Staple
In 2003, Tony opened Exsalonce in Roscoe Village with a clear vision: to create a space where high-level technique meets a welcoming, neighborhood feel.
Over the years, the salon has grown alongside the community, becoming a place clients trust not just for great hair, but for consistency, care, and experience
Raising the Standard
As a master extensionist, Tony saw the need for better quality and better results in the industry. In 2009, he launched Tony Odisho, a line of premium hair extensions and professional tools designed to deliver seamless, natural transformations.
Today, the brand is used by stylists around the world, while Exsalonce remains its home in Chicago.

Salon Policies
CANCELLATIONS
In order to best accommodate the needs of all our guests, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation you may need to make. Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. For no show appointments, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service scheduled.
After one cancellation after 24 hours, we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit of the total service to make any future appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
As a courtesy, we confirm the date and time of your appointment 24- 48 hours prior. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check your appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are more than 5 minutes late from the start of your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date so that we may give you the attention you deserve.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
If you are unsatisfied with any service, we require you to notify and schedule a correction service within two weeks. All guests are required to change into a smock during color services. Exsalonce is not responsible for any damage to your property.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash as a form of payment. We do not accept checks. If you would like to thank your stylist by leaving gratuity, you can do so through Cash, Venmo or Zelle. We are unable to accept tips on a credit card.

We require a 50% deposit for the following appointments:
– Tony Odisho Hair Extensions
– Brazilian Blowout & Keratin Treatments
To receive the full Exsalonce experience, please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your service.
PRODUCT RETURN
If you are unhappy with any retail purchase, please feel free to bring the product back within one (1) week of purchase and guest receipt is required. You will receive a salon credit towards your account for the amount paid. Refunds to original payment method will not be available.
PARKING
Please allow time for parking as we are located in a residential neighborhood along with many other businesses. Parking is free and permit-free on certain streets.
CHILD SAFETY
Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service, and only select Exsalonce stylist take kids clients. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We unfortunately do not have the facilities to care for children. Children are allowed to wait in our reception area if they are supervised by another adult. We love children, and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
